REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Women, Wellness & Wine · October 25–27, 2026

We’ve written this policy in plain English so it’s easy to read before you reserve your seat. If anything isn’t clear, please reach out — we’re happy to walk you through it.

1. Refund Schedule

You will receive a full refund for any cancellation we receive on or before September 25, 2026 — thirty days before the event.

Within thirty days of the event, your seat is non-refundable but transferable. You’re welcome to gift it to a friend, or we’ll do our best to fill it from our waitlist and refund you if we’re able.

Cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to gigi@womenwellnesswine.com.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 business days of our written confirmation.

Please note: Payment processing fees charged by Stripe (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are non-refundable. These fees are collected by Stripe at the time of purchase and are not recoverable by Women, Wellness & Wine.

3. Transferring Your Seat

You may transfer your seat to another guest at any time. Just send us their name and contact information so we can get them set up. Transfers within 14 days of the event require additional coordination and may not be possible. Once a transfer is approved, all financial arrangements between you and your replacement are between the two of you.

4. If You Just Don’t Show Up

Seats not used are not refundable, regardless of the reason. At our small scale, your seat is held exclusively for you from the day you book, and the associated costs are committed in advance.

5. If the Event Doesn’t Take Place

If for any reason the event does not take place — whether due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, wildfire, severe weather, public health emergencies, government action, or venue unavailability) or a decision on our part to cancel —  you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us, minus any non-refundable Stripe processing fees, issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

6. What’s Not Covered

This policy applies only to amounts paid directly to Women, Wellness & Wine. The following are not part of your ticket and are not refundable through us:

• Lodging (booked separately, subject to its own policies)

• Flights, ground transportation, and travel expenses

• Spa treatments and personal services

• Travel insurance 

• Stripe payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Napa County, California.
