Nahiel Nazzal has spent the past 18 years developing a successful career in the restaurant and bar industry in San Francisco. She went on to work for James Beard award winning & recognized restaurants such as Delfina & Locanda, as well as high volume craft cocktail bars Local Edition and Anina. Within the past few years, Nahiel became a partner in opening her first restaurant, Pearl 6101, in 2018. Leading the bar program at Pearl she earned accolades such as San Francisco Chronicle's Bar Star, and gained coverage in publications including Food & Wine, Edible, San Francisco Magazine, and Time Out magazine. Today, in tandem while continuing to oversee the bar program at Pearl 6101, Nahiel is also the general manager at Birba Wine bar in Hayes Valley.
